We quote a fixed price in writing after a ten-minute video call, and that is the price you pay. The risk of a slow day sits with us, not with you. We photograph your belongings and both homes before and after, so nothing is ever a matter of one person's word against another's.
We are a registered Portuguese company. Every move is covered by goods-in-transit insurance, our crews are properly employed and insured for accidents at work, and every job comes with a proper invoice — which matters if your employer reimburses relocation costs.
We run one van and one crew, and we would rather be the best at small and medium moves than average at everything. That is why we do not take on pianos, safes or international removals yet — and why the same people who quoted your move are the ones who carry it.
