Is the price really fixed?
Yes. After the video survey you get an exact number in writing. It includes the crew, the van, fuel, protection materials and insurance. It changes only if the job itself changes — for example, you add furniture we haven't seen.
What if something gets damaged?
Every move is covered by goods-in-transit insurance. We photograph your items and both homes before and after — so claims are resolved with evidence, not arguments. In three years we plan to keep our damage rate exactly where it is now: near zero.
Can you handle buildings without a lift?
That's most of old Lisbon and that's where we work daily. Stairs are priced honestly in the quote — never as a surprise on the day.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes — beds, wardrobes, tables. Tools are always in the van. Tell us on the video call what needs taking apart and it's included in the fixed price.
My new home isn't ready — my things need to wait a few days.
We can arrange short-term storage through a partner facility and deliver when you're ready. Ask about it on the survey call.
How do I pay? Can I get an invoice?
Cash, MB Way or bank transfer — and yes, you always get a legal invoice (fatura). If your employer reimburses relocation costs, our paperwork works for that.
Isn't an hourly crew cheaper?
Often it is, and we will not pretend otherwise. The gap is usually what the hourly rate excludes: the van, fuel, materials and, most importantly, goods-in-transit insurance. It also leaves the risk of a slow day with you — the meter runs while the lift is busy or the traffic is bad. Our price includes all of it and is fixed in writing, so a slow day is our problem. Whether that certainty is worth the difference is your call.
What if my plans change?
Rescheduling is free, and you can cancel without any fee up to 24 hours before the crew departs. Moving plans shift — we build that in. Tip: Monday–Thursday dates are 10% cheaper.
